Submitting Help Desk Tickets
Are you located in a city or school building or do you have city property and are having technical difficulties? Do you have any problems with your computer? Are there network issues at your location? Can you log in?
- Submit an online ticket on the City/School Help Desk System.(PREFERRED METHOD)
- Email the support desk. This email comes directly to the Technology Department where it is read and assigned to the proper personnel. NOTE: Tickets entered via email may take up to 24-48 hrs to be assigned.
- Call the Technology Center at (413) 572-6565. Please use this option if you have no online access or need to escalate an issue for immediate attention.
Tips for Help Desk Tickets
Please be as specific as possible when documenting technical issues and your requests. Many issues can be resolved quickly, but some may take more time. Please be patient with the Technology Center as we handle emails and tickets in our work order system in a first come, first serve basis. Emergencies are defined at the discretion of the Technology Center and will be resolved accordingly.
