Chief's Corner:

Both Great River Bridges are open and much if not all of the bumper to bumper traffic we have experienced over many years is gone. In the spring the road markings will be clearly layed out and many of the smaller projects concerning the roadways around the new bridges will be complete.

If you travel on North Road please be aware of the new stop signs on North Road at the intersection with Root Road. Stop lines are clearly painted on the roadway and warning signs informing motorists of the stop signs ahead are in place and visible.

The final paving for the Great River Bridge project will take place on Thursday April 5th and Friday April 6th.  Please seek alternate routes between 0530hrs and 1700hrs. because there will be delays.
