Meet the City Clerk Staff

Kaitlyn Bruce, City Clerk/Registrar of Voters
Kaitlyn has been with the City of Westfield for 10 years and was recently appointed City Clerk in September 2022. She was previously the Assistant City Clerk and Principal Clerk within the department. Marisa Colon, Assistant City Clerk 
Marisa has been with the City of Westfield for 15 years and was recently appointed the Assistant City Clerk in November 2022. A lifelong Westfield resident, Marisa was also on the Youth Commission, a Parks and Rec employee and previously the Principal Elections Clerk. Kerri Francis, Principal Clerk

Valentina Rafalskiy, Head Licensing Clerk
New to the City of Westfield, Valentina has been with the City Clerk's Office for almost a year. She works in the Licensing Division of the City Clerk's Office, Room 217. She is the frontline staff for Liquor, Auto and Business Licenses. She is also the scribe for the Off-Street Parking Commission and the License Commission.
